Closing concert of the residency held from 7th to 11th February 2011.
Under the artistic direction of musician Jean-Marc Montera, the GRIM (Group of Improvised Music - Marseilles) welcomes national or international artists to carry out projects of creation, promotion and training in the field of improvised music.
The proposed residency will be based on improvised music that is trying to free itself from the rules and constraints to promote interaction, through sound, between improvisers and the audience. A closing concert will enable to share this experience which highlights the mix of artistic similarities and cultural differences between improvised and traditional music.
