MAÏKO & MISTER JO (14/03/2014) 20:30

Dinner-concert: vocal and instrumental jazz.

He makes his piano sing, she plays with her voice! And it is with jazz - well-known classics like "How high the Moon", "Mister Paganini" or original compositions - that they take us into their world... Maïko openly draws her inspiration from her model, the great Ella Fitzgerald, and brings it off in a very nice manner, accompanied by her partner Mister Jo, classical and jazz pianist who has recorded albums alongside Charlélie Couture and Francis Lalanne. This evening, the duo has the pleasure to invite drummer Ahmad Compaoré who will bring out his singular rhythmics, both energetic and subtle.

Marie-Claude Taliana: voice
Joël Loviconi: piano, arrangements
Ahmad Compaoré: drums
Quentin Bourg-Drevet: double bass
