Public rendition of the multidisciplinary project proposed by the Cie Lyakam.

Rickshaw is a project about rhythmics, singing, body, narrative and space staging with an audience around the Indian Total Theatre, led with the children from two community centres on the territory: Air-Bel and Les Escourtines (Marseilles 13011). In the course of the workshops, the learning of Indian rhythms and Indian dance moves will intertwine with the process of conveying their emotions (through gestures, face, body, rhythm).

Open stage to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Friche la Belle de Mai.

A proposal by gmem-CNCM-Marseille, A.M.I., Cabaret Aléatoire, Radio Grenouille/Euphonia.

On the occasion of this open stage, the trio Montera/Hosdikian/Compaoré will be joigned by the Marseille Labo Band, stemming from the improvisation workshops of the GRIM, then the GMEM, led by Jean-Marc Montera. After regular meetings, this workshop has slowly evolved towards a real ensemble of improvisors within whichthe idea is to develop one's own language among a group of several musicians and to experiment all the facets of collective playing.

Between traditional Africa and the modernity of mixed sounds by these three artists with significant international careers, Prince Diabaté, Jeff Kellner and Ahmad Compaoré invite us to a transcontinental journey from Conakry to Marseilles, thus remaining true to the melting pot of their cultures (Guinea, France, Burkina Faso). FASO TRIO proposes a repertoire both traditional and pop, with incursions in blues and funk, sustained by a rhythmics with rock overtones. Through the dialogue of their instruments, the musicians draw upon their diverse musical backgrounds and shared experience to produce a new brand of rootsy West-African music, multi-faceted, of universal appeal.
